For the BOLD Conference this year, we went bigger and better. We were lucky enough to be in the same venue as last year so were able to pitch new ideas to elevate the attendee experience. We increased attendance from 1,300 to 2,000 attendees based on the previous year, with a 4.6/5 rating on satisfaction.

Some conference highlights included over 40 educational sessions, keynote speakers Michelle Obama and Billie Jean King, 12 wellness classes, product playground and experience lounge, and our annual BOLD Bash.

Redesigned the conference website based on analytics from 2017 to have a better organized information architecture in an attempt to make the website easier to navigate. The new site design resulted in a 300% increase in page views, 76% increase in page per session, and almost doubled user traffic.

Every year, we send out 60+ emails to attendees and prospects. I created a new modular email template to streamline the design and development process, reducing the level of effort per email. This eliminated the need for mobile swap images, set standard sizes for images, and created consistency between all designs.
