Auth0 Brand Evolution

A lot can happen in eight years. Since Auth0’s inception in 2013, everything — from our product offering to our audience — has expanded. The company itself has grown from a fledgling startup to a global company servicing thousands of customers around the world. As a brand, we wanted to evolve as well, and create a new identity that was innovative, dynamic, and vibrant.

We successfully launched our brand evolution in January 2021.

This case study is only a small snapshot of the amazing work the team created. We continue to evolve and push the boundaries of our brand, because a brand is never done. Check out auth0.design for a fun celebration of what we created!

The Launch

The culmination of our brand evolution came together in our company all hands. In order to generate excitement and bring everything to life, we announced our new brand with this sizzle video below.

 

The new brand

In addition to our brand guidelines, given our remote-friendly culture and workforce, we also created digital swag packages and print files for employees to leverage, including zoom backgrounds, slack themes and emojis, google templates, and much more. This helped generate excitement for our new brand.

Where we are today

Successfully launched in January 2021, our team continues to innovate on our brand in new ways every day. We continue to hear from our customers and employees that because of our new brand, we’re the “cool kids” everyone wants to hang out with. We take pride in our brand being a differentiator for our company.
