Our theme for BOLD 2019 was Consciously Evolving, one of MINDBODY’s core values. This theme ran through all our creative–from venue design, to video, to our keynote speakers and content. We had 2,000+ attendees with 97% interested in returning next year.
This year, we had more breakout speakers, more wellness classes, BOLD Bash at House of Blues, and keynote speakers Kristen Bell and Rachel Hollis.

Our team works on the BOLD conference almost year round—from web and digital, to print, swag, email, video, presentation design, and venue and experiential design. This year, our team supported more than 600+ projects, in 32 weeks, and 2,000+ hours. The BOLD conference is truly is a team effort, and one of the most rewarding projects to be a part of and experience.

Venue Design
One of our goals is to create art that is inclusive and diverse, to make our clients feel represented and included. We collaborated with Illustrator Ashley Lukashevsky on five large murals—one representing each of MINDBODY’s core values. These murals were the centerpiece of the conference’s venue design, and radiated color and energy throughout the event.
